the US Presidential Election! Intensive Course
Mondays and Wednesdays,
7.30 - 9 p.m.
The 2008 US Presidential election presents a political contest
and contenders that have never been seen before. Republicans
have selected their candidate and are moving forward; the Democrats
continue to weigh their options and are excited about the possibility
of electing either the first woman or African-American President.
But how does it all work? This special 8-part series will
look at the Electoral College, the structure of the US legislative
bodies, the major candidates, the remaining primaries, the impact
on Europe and Germany, and much more.

In this English playgroup the children are actively engaged in using
the English language.
From a linguist’s standpoint this creates a very good learning
environment for young kids.
