Schüler Englischkurse in Stuttgart: In den Ferien lernen? Im DAZ machen Englischkurse Spaß! Unsere amerikanischen Muttersprachler legen den Schwerpunkt auf den aktiven Sprachgebrauch. In kleinen Gruppen können die Schülerinnen und Schüler so Sicherheit im Umgang mit der englischen Sprache gewinnen. Die nächsten Schülerkurse finden in den Faschingsferien statt: Get Ready for the Abitur!
Auffrischungskurse: A New Start. Englisch für Wiedereinsteigerinnen
und Wiedereinsteiger Teil 1 (A2) Out of practice? Then this course is right for you. Aimed at
level A2 students who have had 3 to 4 years of English in school;
your English knowledge from school or previous courses will
be revived, both refreshing and adding depth to your language
skills. Course entails conversation and grammar exercises. A New Start. Englisch für Wiedereinsteigerinnen
und Wiedereinsteiger Teil 2 (A2) A New Start. Englisch für Wiedereinsteigerinnen
und Wiedereinsteiger Teil 1 (B1) A course for adults who have reached level B1 or had 5 to 6
years of English instruction in school, but have forgotten some
of it. This course will allow you to reinvigorate your English
knowledge and strengthen your language skills. Course entails
conversation and grammar exercises. A New Start. Englisch für Wiedereinsteigerinnen
und Wiedereinsteiger Teil 2 (B1) Pronunciation Practice “Do you speak English?” Well, you have studied
grammar; know your vocabulary, and writing sentences in English
is no problem at all. Sounds about right….but does it
“sound” right? The focus of this course is on improving
your pronunciation. This includes correctly articulating sounds
which are not found in the German language, such as the dreaded
“th” as well as working on your intonation. Learn
to avoid common mistakes and make yourself understood! Let's Talk! Conversation Courses: Let’s Talk Upper-Intermediate Conversation
Course (B2) Improve your conversation skills by discussing various news topics (the economy, technology, sports, arts and entertainment) from monthly international newspapers such as "World and Press" and "Read On." We will also discuss our hobbies and travel experiences and get to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere. In addition, suggestions for improvement and vocabulary reviews will be included at the beginning of each session. Let's Talk Thursday Morning Conversation Course
(B2/C1) The goal of this class is to improve fluency through natural and engaging conversation with occasional brush-ups on grammar and vocabulary. Bring your interests, opinions and energy to take part in our lively conversations. The wide range of past topics has included issues of political and popular culture (US and German) and is subject to participants' interests. Let's Talk Advanced Conversation (C1) Everyday Conversation: Are you ever nervous to have a regular conversation with someone in English? Do you want to be able to talk to people at the bank, in the airport, or at a social gathering, but you can't come up with the right words? Do you feel like you respond too slowly? In this class, we focus on improving confidence so you can apply your language skills to everyday conversational settings. Let’s Talk Current Affairs (C1) Let's take an in-depth look at current events, as various
newspapers and magazines report on them, and then use them to
improve our vocabularies, and improve our use of grammar by
expressing those ideas in other words. The choice of topics
and issues will be up to the participants with the help of the
instructor. Business English: Office English – Essentials (ab B1) In just five sessions you will learn the essentials of everyday office communication. Practice English that’s common within an office or used to conduct business. Topics include: telephone communication, business correspondence and customer service. Dieser Kurs entfällt leider!
Office English – Extended (ab B1/B2) You have mastered the basics of day to day office communication,
now it’s time to take it to the next level! You will discover
how to present yourself professionally in business meetings
by learning how to give presentations and the art of business
letter writing!
Individual Courses Design your own course to meet your own
particular individual needs. You will be able to improve your
English quickly and efficiently in one-on-one sessions with
one of our experienced teachers. |
