In den Ferien lernen? Im DAZ machen Englischkurse Spaß! Unsere amerikanischen Muttersprachler legen den Schwerpunkt auf den aktiven Sprachgebrauch. In kleinen Gruppen können die Schülerinnen und Schüler so Sicherheit im Umgang mit der englischen Sprache gewinnen. Mit Hilfe unserer erfahrenen amerikanischen Muttersprachler
werden die Schülerinnen und Schüler optimal auf die
schriftliche Abiturprüfung vorbereitet. Special Offer für Schüler: 1 for
2! Auffrischungskurse - A New Start Englisch für Wiedereinsteigerinnen und
Wiedereinsteiger (A2) Out of practice? Then this course is right for you. Aimed at
level A2 students who have had 3 to 4 years of English in school;
your English knowledge from school or previous courses will
be revived, both refreshing and adding depth to your language
skills. Course entails conversation and grammar exercises. Englisch für Wiedereinsteigerinnen und
Wiedereinsteiger (B1) - Teil 2 A course for adults who have reached level B1 or had 5 to 6
years of English instruction in school, but have forgotten some
of it. This course will allow you to reinvigorate your English
knowledge and strengthen your language skills. Course entails
conversation and grammar exercises. Let's Talk! Conversation Courses Intermediate Conversation Course (B1/B2)
Everyday Conversation: Are you ever nervous to have a regular conversation with someone in English? Do you want to be able to talk to people at the bank, in the airport, or at a social gathering, but you can't come up with the right words? Do you feel like you respond too slowly? In this class, we focus on improving confidence so you can apply your language skills to everyday conversational settings. Upper-Intermediate Conversation Course (B2) Improve your conversation skills by using situational English
on a wide range of topics: travel, hobbies, job challenges,
the arts and entertainment. Articles from magazines will provide
starting points for your interest. Grammar contrasts will be
given to clarify a variety of common difficulties. Thursday Morning Conversation Course (B2/C1) Bring your interests, opinions and energy to take part in our lively conversations. Improve your fluency through natural and engaging conversation with brush-ups on grammar and vocabulary. The wide range of past topics has included issues of political and popular culture (U.S. and German) and is subject to participants' interests. Advanced Conversation Course (C1) "What's new in Stuttgart and the world?" Join us every Wednesday evening for English conversation on topics of the day and personal interests and hobbies in a lively and familiar atmosphere. Besides conversation, we also read about interesting topics of business and culture, expand vocabulary and improve grammar. See you in April! Current Affairs (C1) Advanced English conversation with grammar review and vocabulary building, with a main focus on: current events, short stories, magazine articles, and student presentations (ten to fifteen minutes long, followed by a discussion); new grammar points and vocabulary will be discussed by the group as needed. Business English English for your Job - Intensive Course (B1) In just one week you will learn the essentials of everyday office communication. Practice English that’s common within an office or used to conduct business. Topics include: telephone communication, business correspondence and customer service.
